"Garden Party" is an easy project that doubles as a statement stunner. Sure to capture many ooo's and aaaaaah's, this easy-to-merchandise kit means less labor hours cutting yardage and tying ribbons. Simply make a shop sample (or don't!), scan the UPC, and place on a shelf (or hang).
