CLASS INFO:
Zip It Up 2.0 makes a great class for all levels of sewists, from confident beginners to more advanced makers. Attaching and binding the outer edges requires a bit of dexterity and concentration, so encourage students to take their time and watch the Add-on Video for tips.

We'd suggest two half-day to full-day classes for this project. 

In the first class, students can work on steps II through IV, preparing the components of the bag. Anything not finished in class can be assigned as homework to complete before the next class.

In the second class, students will work on step V to assemble the case.

We recommend that students read the pattern and watch the Add-on Video and any videos referred to in the pattern before coming to class. 

To make best use of class time, we also recommend that students come to class with everything cut out and labeled for their project and that they complete the basic steps to cut and quilt the fabrics for the project.

So, they should complete all of step I. Cut and Quilt on pages 2 and 3 BEFORE coming to class.
