Arabesque Tree Skirt

Several years back, leafing through a magazine i was struck by a image of a beautiful chandelier. I was immediately inspired to make a quilt and then realized that the design is wonderful for a tree skirt too.
The pattern includes detailed instructions for easily binding the quilt around the sharp angles surrounding the center opening.
